To ensure a comfortable and connected experience, free Wi-Fi is available for renters and their guests, making the venue ideal for both social and creative events.

â âRefund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a smooth and accommodating experience. Please note that all payments made toward bookings are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the initial deposit and any payments made will be retained.
To secure your reservation, full balances must be paid by the agreed due date. We offer a 48-hour grace period for final payments. If the remaining balance is not received within this timeframe, the booking may be subject to cancellation and all payments made will be forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, weâre happy to work with you whenever possible. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are based on availability. Depending on the circumstance, a partial credit may be applied toward a future booking. Approved credits are valid for up to 90 days from the original event date and may include a small rescheduling fee.
Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for all clients. All requests are thoughtfully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
